1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BoldMove LLC DBA KidPredict ("KidPredict," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the KidPredict website and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KidPredict is an AI-powered entertainment service that generates speculative images of what a child might look like based on photos uploaded by users. The Service uses artificial intelligence technology to analyze facial features and create artistic renderings.

Important Disclaimer: Generated images are for entertainment purposes only. They are artistic interpretations and do not represent actual predictions of future children's appearances. Genetics is complex and unpredictable, and our AI cannot and does not claim to accurately predict what any child will actually look like.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. New users receive one free credit upon registration. Additional credits may be purchased through our payment system powered by Stripe.

All purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits do not expire. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, though such changes will not affect credits already purchased.

5. User Content

By uploading photos to the Service ("User Content"), you grant KidPredict a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your photos solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights to the photos you upload, or have obtained all necessary permissions from any individuals depicted
• You have consent from any individuals whose photos you upload
• Your photos do not violate any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights
• You will not upload photos of minors unless you are their parent or legal guardian

6. AI-Generated Content

Images generated by our Service ("Generated Content") are created using artificial intelligence and are provided "as is" for entertainment purposes only.

You may use Generated Content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share Generated Content on social media or with friends and family. You may not use Generated Content for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, defame, or harass others.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload photos without proper consent from all individuals depicted
• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI models or algorithms
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Circumvent any security features or access restrictions
• Upload content that is obscene, offensive, or inappropriate
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service or Generated Content

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by BoldMove LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your User Content. We retain ownership of our AI models, algorithms, and the underlying technology used to generate images.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KidPredict and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any Generated Content. Results may vary and are not guaranteed.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any unused credits will be forfeited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
